After spending time with Bron and Ben in Longreach she arrived here at 1150 Fri 13 Apr. Guess what? Yvonne and Michelle went to check out all the Thrift Shops Friday afternoon then home to the Fish Night at the Lakes.
Saturday saw more thrift shopping and checking out the CBD whilst I had a couple of beers at the RSL. Afternoon, after the Nano-nap, off to Moore Park to check it out.
Sunday and Shalom Markets called so I went to the RSL again. This afternoon we checked out the Port, Burnett Heads, Bargara (where Michelle did her Christmas Shopping - in April) and round to Elliot heads. Elliot Heads won, so far as beaches goes. Dinner was the Roast Meal at Brothers Sports Club.
Monday 0645 Departure after a very enjoyable couple of days.
Next time it will be much more leisurely.
